Follow the A5 to Llangollen, at the main traffic lights turn right into Castle Street.

Go down the hill through the town centre, cross the bridge and turn right.

Pass the Bridge End Hotel and turn left on to Wharf Hill cross the bridge over the canal, then turn left again into Dinbren Road.

Continue on Dinbren Road, pass the school on your right and New Ross is the very last house on the left.

It has a long driveway, which runs alongside a playing field and from this angle it looks like a bungalow.
